WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

This company (family business) was first founded by Amir Hossein Homayouni in 2000. Originally the main goal of this company consisted of setting the focus on the exterior mold of the building with having the city structure in mind. Secondly, our key to success included, defining a solid relationship between the exterior designs of the building to the interior layout in capturing the intend of the seamless design which ultimately made our finished projects a comfortable living ambiance while maintaining a unique concept. A turning event towards the development of Homayounies Group was in the year 2004, which Hamidreza Homayouni and other experts joined the company. Their presence increased the field of activities to cover interior design, urban design, landscape design, historical context, commercial & residential complexes. In 2009, due to a gap between the design and the actual construction for other clients, Homayounies Architecture & Construction Group started financing their own projects to bridge this gap by consuming the best materials and choosing the finest vendors and artisans to construct their projects. Over 100 projects has been designed and constructed by the HAC group all over the country up to now, which has brought the company many accomplishments and awards. Other achievements of this company includes, constructing over 15000 square meters of residential and commercial buildings which were financed by the company’s cash flow.
